These also accept 4mm banana plugs, should you wish to use them. This speaker plate is the main speaker plate; all the 5.1.4 surround and Atmos speakers link back to it. Located behind the AV receiver, it makes connecting to the speakers much easier and organised. Available in an extensive range of decorative finishes, and custom orders are welcomed. The 18 speaker posts and one subwoofer socket are set on a double gang plate and are the same on the back as the front. This plate will fit any standard UK two-gang back box and comes complete with a pair of screws. All speaker connectors on custom metal plates are insulated using black nylon bushes. A 5.1.4 / 5.2.4 speaker plate is an excellent way of providing a professional connection between the AV receiver and Atmos speakers when the cabling is permanently installed within the walls.
