Ingredients: 100% Soybeans Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Naturally free from gluten and wheat. No artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners or fillers. Directions of use: one (1) – two (2) tablespoons per day. Add to any drink or smoothie, sprinkle on / or mix with foods for an extra creamy flavour. Add to other products that do not already contain lecithin such as Green Drinks. If using as a thickening agent, allow 10 minutes for full thickness to take effect.
