A built-in fold-down TV lift system that allows you to hide your TV screen in the ceiling when you’re not watching it. With the press of a button, the lift elegantly folds down the TV from the ceiling for viewing. This fantastic new addition helps create a perfect, seamless installation with only the thinnest of shadow gaps around the lid when closed. All CHR hinge-down units are shipped as a single, complete unit, ready for installation. This dramatically reduces the chance of errors during installation and streamlines the entire process. CHR Lift Presentation video: click below to watch.   The CHR TV lift series is ideal for use in areas with relatively small ceiling voids or when you have limited floor or wall space—allowing televisions to be concealed unobtrusively in the ceiling when not in use. They are used frequently in bedrooms, open-plan living areas, kitchens, and new extensions with bifold doors. Cabling can be routed through the mechanism for zero visibility. The CHR range of ceiling hinge TV lifts can be controlled by RS232, contact closure, and, as standard, comes complete with an IR remote control, making it possible to fully integrate with most brands of home automation control systems. Also available is an RF remote option, which allows the lift to operate remotely out of line of sight —a handy addition if the unit is not being configured to an existing control system.
